Pull Back the Covers
Have you watched the video? Please do, as it covers everything you need to know about ‘pulling back the covers’!
In order for you to be able to change things in your life, you need to know what it is you actually want to change and also what you love. Often times we want to change so much of our lives and ourselves without knowing what parts of our life we love and want to keep the same, while other areas we want to make some tweaks in.
Today is all about looking at each area of your life, rating how you feel about it, and then exploring what you love and don’t love about each area. You want to be really clear about how you feel and what it looks like - that way you can get a clearer picture of what it is you’d like to change and shift during this 5 day series!
It’s time to pull back the covers and look at what’s underneath! In your journal or notebook create a heading for each of the areas and rate each area between 1 and 10.
1 = completely disconnected and unhappy
5 = things are ok, could be worse, could be better
10 = sh*t is amazing, there’s nothing to change!
The areas are:
Self-Love & Self-Care
Career / Work
Health (emotional, mental, physical)
After giving it rating, explore why you gave it that rating. Ask yourself:
What do I love about this area of my life? Is it what I’m doing? The people?
What do I do that makes me happy in this area? How am I spending my time and energy?
What do I want more of in this area?
What do I dislike / not love about this area of my life? Is it what I’m doing? The people?
What makes me unhappy in this area? What makes me feel disconnected?
What do I want less of in this area?
Once you’re done, pop into the Facebook group and share the two areas you want to focus on over this series. Share the ratings and what you uncovered for each area.
Remember, the group is a safe space and it’s absolutely ok to be vulnerable and open up. True transformation comes when we are courageous about what’s going on right now!
I’ll be popping into the Facebook group at 7pm for any questions or support!
